Symposium Introduction

Nature conservation and environmental management - a complex problem, and decision depends on the consistent implementation of state activities aimed at conservation of ecosystems and the expansion of knowledge that society for their own well-being cost-effective and benefit fund.

For hazardous substances in the atmosphere legislatively set limit allowable concentrations do not cause measurable effects in humans. With to prevent pollution of the atmosphere developed activities ensure proper fuel combustion, the transition to gasification central heating installation in industrial wastewater treatment structures. In addition to the prevention of air pollution, sewage disposal saves raw materials and return to the production of many valuable products.

For example, the capture of sulfur gases evolved makes it possible to increase production of sulfuric acid, carbon capture saves cement production, equal performance of several plants. At smelters installation filters on the pipes to prevent pollution in the atmosphere of fluorine. Apart construction of sewage treatment plants being sought technology, in which waste would be minimized. The same purpose is improving construction vehicles, switching to other fuels (liquefied petroleum gas, ethyl alcohol), the burning of which produce less harmful substances.

Being developed with an electric car for movement within city. Of great importance is the correct layout of the city and the green plantations. Trees purify the air of particles suspended in it liquid and solid particles (aerosols), absorb the harmful gases. For example, sulfur dioxide well absorbed poplar, linden, maple, horse chestnut, phenols - lilacs mulberry, elderberry.
